Adult dose

Pediatric dose

30-60 ml

Preparation steps

• Gather ingredients: Vidanga and a base oil (e.g., sesame oil).
• Warm the base oil over low heat.
• Add Vidanga to the oil and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
• Let the mixture cool.
• Strain the oil using a sieve or muslin cloth.
• Store in a clean, dry glass bottle away from sunlight.
