Preparation steps
- Chop the vegetables and spices finely.
- Crush or grind the ingredients to a pulpy mass.
- Add just enough moisture (hot water or herbal tea) to make a thick paste.
- Warm the paste.
- Apply directly to the skin or wrap in a cloth.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of known allergy to any of the ingredients.
