Preparation steps
- Boil coarsely powdered Vasa (Adhatoda vasica) and Utpala (Nymphaea stellata) in water
- Reduce the liquid to one-fourth of its original volume
- Filter the decoction through a clean cloth
- Allow the Kashayam to cool
