Adult dose
50-100 ml of the decoction, or 3-6 grams of the powder (if taking as a powder), typically prepared into a decoction.
Pediatric dose
2-5 ml
Preparation steps
- Take 10 g of coarse powder of each of the five grass roots (Kusha, Kasha, Shara, Darbha, Ikshu).
- Add the ingredients to 16 parts of water.
- Boil and reduce to 1/4th part.
- Filter and use.
