Adult dose
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (1-3 grams) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
250mg - 1 gram
Preparation steps
- Take equal parts of dry ginger, black pepper, and long pepper.
- Grind each ingredient separately into a fine powder.
- Mix all three powders in equal proportions.
- Store in an airtight container away from moisture.
