Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction (Kashaya) using Tilvaka and other herbs.
- Add ghee to the decoction.
- Cook on a low flame until all the water evaporates and only the ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in conditions with severe indigestion or diarrhea. Not recommended during acute fever.
