Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary ingredients: Haritaki Churna Prastha, milk of Maha Vriksha, Chavya Chitraka, and Tilvaka.
- Prepare a decoction of Haritaki.
- Mix the milk of Maha Vriksha and the powders of Chavya, Chitraka, and Tilvaka with the Haritaki decoction.
- Add ghee and cook until the mixture thickens to a ghee-like consistency.
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
