3-6 grams

2.5-5 grams (if prepared as a ghee)

Preparation steps

• Collect the necessary herbs with Tikta (bitter) properties.
• Prepare a decoction of the herbs.
• Mix the decoction with ghee.
• Heat the mixture until all water content evaporates, and only the ghee remains infused with the herbal extracts.
