Preparation steps
- Clean and dry all the herbal ingredients.
- Grind them separately to get a powder.
- Now grind the mishri (rock candy) separately.
- Mix everything together.
- Pass it through sieve no.100 to remove any unwanted impure particles.
- Store it in air-tight containers away from heat and light for future use.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid during pregnancy without consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner. Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
