Similar to Tailvaka, this medicated ghee is used to treat Pitta-related abdominal tumors (Gulma) and Pitta-vidradhi (abscesses). It helps in wound healing, reduces inflammation, and alleviates skin diseases. It is also beneficial in Vata and Pitta disorders.

Preparation steps
- Prepare Kalka (paste) of the specified herbs.
- Prepare Kashaya (decoction) of the specified herbs.
- Melt ghee in a heavy-bottomed vessel.
- Add Kalka and Kashaya to the melted ghee.
- Heat the mixture on low flame until all the moisture evaporates and only ghee remains.
- Filter the ghee through a clean cloth.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
