Preparation steps
- Collect the specified herbs.
- Clean and dry the herbs.
- Prepare a coarse powder of the herbs.
- Add the powder to water (usually 8 times the quantity of the powder).
- Boil the mixture until it reduces to one-fourth of the original volume.
- Filter the decoction through a clean cloth.
- Allow the decoction to cool before use.
Safety contraindications
- Not suitable for individuals with acute digestive impairment or Ama.
