Adult dose
3-6 grams, typically at bedtime.
Pediatric dose

Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials.
- Cleaning and drying of the raw materials.
- Preparation of Kalka (paste) of the ingredients.
- Mixing Kalka with ghee.
- Heating the mixture until the ghee is properly infused with the herbs.
- Filtering the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Cooling and storage in airtight containers.
Safety contraindications
- May be contraindicated in severe diarrhea and dehydration.
