Preparation steps

• Collect the necessary herbs as per the formulation.
• Prepare a decoction (Kashaya) of the herbs.
• Mix the decoction with ghee.
• Cook over low heat until all the water evaporates and only the ghee remains.
• Filter the ghee to remove any solid particles.
• Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Safety contraindications

• High Pitta conditions, acute fever, indigestion.
