Siddhabasti is a type of medicated enema used in Ayurveda to eliminate toxins and balance the doshas, especially Vata, promoting digestive health and alleviating constipation. It enhances strength and complexion.

Preparation steps
- Mix Makshikam (honey) with Saindhava (rock salt).
