Indications
- Diseases of the head including headaches, migraines, facial paralysis, trigeminal neuralgia, cervical spondylosis, diseases of the eyes and ears, hair loss, premature graying, insomnia, mental fatigue, and certain neurological disorders.

Preparation steps
- Selection of Medicated Oil: A customized blend of herbal oils is selected based on individual needs and health conditions.
- Preparation of the Headgear: A leather cap or a paste made of black gram dough is placed on the head, forming a reservoir to hold the medicated oil.
- Pouring of Medicated Oil: Warm medicated oil is poured into the headgear and allowed to remain for a specified period, typically 30 to 60 minutes.
- Post-Treatment Care: After the designated time, the oil is drained, and the head and scalp are gently massaged to complete the session.
