Adult dose

Preparation steps

• Select medicated oil based on individual's dosha imbalance and health condition (e.g., Brahmi oil, Ksheerabala oil, Dhanwantharam oil).
• Warm the oil to a comfortable temperature.
• Prepare a cap or reservoir using black gram dough (Masha Kalka) or a leather cap to fit securely around the head.
• Ensure the patient is seated comfortably.

Safety contraindications

• Contraindicated in those with acute infections of the scalp, open wounds on the head, or recent head injuries.
