Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Melt ghee and place it on a copper plate.
- Add pure, filtered water to the ghee.
- Mix/rub with fingers or a copper cup/spoon.
- Wash the ghee 100 times with water, discarding the water after each wash until it achieves a soft, creamy consistency.
- Store in an airtight glass container.
