- Musta 1 part
- Parpataka 1 part
- Chandana 1 part
- Shunti 1 part
- Kiratatikta 1 part. All parts are typically measured by weight.
- Ushira 1 part

Preparation steps
- Combine all six ingredients in equal parts.
- Boil with 8 parts of water until reduced to 1 part (decoction).
- Filter and use.

- Not recommended for use during pregnancy, except during labor, and in individuals with severe dehydration.
