Indications
- Arthritis, muscle pain, nerve disorders, paralysis, hemiplegia, spondylosis, sciatica, general weakness, fatigue, Vata imbalances, promoting relaxation and sleep.

- Slight disease (as compared to Aschyotana)

- Vatahara (alleviates Vata), Shothahara (anti-inflammatory), Vedanasthapana (analgesic), Balya (strengthening), Rasayana (rejuvenative - in some cases)

Adult dose

Preparation steps
