Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Prepare a decoction using prescribed herbs.
- Add the herbal decoction to melted ghee in a stainless steel vessel.
- Simmer the mixture over moderate heat, stirring continuously.
- Continue heating until all the water content evaporates and only the ghee remains, exhibiting 'Sneha Siddhi Lakshana'.
- Allow the ghee to cool, then strain it through a clean muslin cloth to remove any solid particles.
- Store the prepared Sauvarcaladi Ghrita in a clean, airtight glass container, away from sunlight.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in conditions with severe Kapha aggravation or known allergy to any ingredient.
