Key ingredients
- Purana Ghrita
- Guda
Adult dose
5-10 grams once or twice a day
Pediatric dose
1/2 - 1 tablespoon, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner
Preparation steps
- Take equal parts of ghee and jaggery.
- Melt the ghee over low heat.
- Add jaggery to the melted ghee.
- Mix well until the jaggery is completely dissolved and the mixture is homogenous.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Consume while warm.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for individuals with severe digestive impairment, acute fever, or uncontrolled diabetes.
