Preparation steps
- Collect fresh Indivara (Nymphaea stellata) plants.
- Dry the Indivara plants completely.
- Incinerate the dried plants to obtain ash (Indivara Bhasma).
- Mix the Indivara Bhasma with honey in appropriate proportions (e.g., 1 part Bhasma to 2 parts honey).
- Ensure a homogenous mixture before administration.

- Not recommended during active infections without proper medical supervision.
