Adult dose
1-3 grams, 1-2 times a day, typically with honey or warm water.
Pediatric dose
Dosage should be reduced based on age and under strict medical supervision. Typically, 125mg - 500mg

- Shodhana (Purification of Indivara)
- Marana (Incineration to obtain Bhasma)
- Mixing of Bhasma with honey
Safety contraindications
- Should be avoided in individuals with severe Vata aggravation or those suffering from severe cold and cough.
