Preparation steps
- Prepare Kalka (paste) of Bala moola (Sida cordifolia).
- Prepare Kwatha (decoction) of Bala moola.
- Mix Bala moola Kalka, Bala moola Kwatha, Go-Ksheera (cow milk), and Tila Taila (sesame oil).
- Boil the mixture and then simmer until only oil remains.
- Allow the mixture to cool and then filter to obtain the Ksheerabala Taila.
- Repeat the process for 100 times (Shatapaka) or 1000 times (Sahasrapaka).
