An oil formulation used in the treatment of Medo'arbuda (fatty tumors) and similar conditions, prepared with Nakhtamaalaja, Shishpa, Aguru, Sarala, Devadaru, Pippali and other pungent herbs.

Indications
- Skin diseases, especially those involving discoloration or inflammation, such as pigmentation issues, dark spots, acne, and other skin blemishes. Can be used for improving skin texture and radiance. May be useful in some blood disorders.

Adult dose
For external application: Apply liberally to the affected area. For internal consumption (less common and requires careful consideration): 5-10 ml once or twice a day.

Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary herbs as mentioned in the formulation.
- Prepare a decoction (kwatha) using the specified herbs.
- Add the decoction to the base oil (Tila taila or coconut oil).
- Heat the mixture on low flame until all the water evaporates and only the oil remains.
- Filter the oil and store it in a clean, airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of severe acute infections or high fever.
