Adult dose
15-30 ml (1-2 tablespoons) twice a day

Preparation steps
- Prepare a decoction of Shweta Punarnava to Kantakari.
- Filter the decoction and add jaggery.
- Allow the jaggery to dissolve and filter the mixture.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Keep the mixture sealed in a mud vessel smeared with ghee for one month for fermentation.
- After one month, filter the fermented liquid.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for pregnant women without strict supervision.
