Pitaka Churna (powder) (Pitaka Curana)

Pediatric dose
Not recommended for pediatric use without medical supervision.
Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients: Daruharidra, Saindhava, Manashila, Yavakshara, and Haratala.
- Purify Manashila by grinding with the juice of Agastya leaf (Sesbania grandiflora).
- Detoxify Haratala by boiling in the juice of Kushmanda (ash gourd- Benincasa hispida) for 3 hours.
- Powder each ingredient separately.
- Mix the powdered ingredients together in specified quantities.
