- Indigestion, loss of appetite, abdominal colic, bloating, intestinal gas, respiratory ailments (cough, cold). Useful in treating Ama (undigested toxins).

Preparation steps
- Gather the ingredients: Pippali, Pippalimula, Chavya, Chitraka, and Shringavera.
- Dry the herbs completely.
- Grind each herb separately into a fine powder.
- Mix all the powders in equal parts.
