Preparation steps
- Collection of raw materials.
- Cleaning and drying of ingredients.
- Preparation of decoction (kwatha) using specified herbs.
- Mixing of ghee with the decoction and other powdered herbs.
- Heating the mixture at a controlled temperature until the herbal extracts are fully absorbed into the ghee.
- Filtering the Sarpi to remove any solid particles.
- Cooling and storing in airtight containers.
Safety contraindications
- Known allergy to any of the ingredients. Not recommended during acute fever or severe digestive impairment.
