Preparation steps
- Collect all the drugs mentioned in the formulation.
- Wash them properly.
- Prepare kalka (paste) from kalka dravyas.
- Mix the kalka with cow's milk.
- Prepare a decoction from drava dravyas.
- Stir the solution properly and cook it on a mild heat.
- Mix the solution properly and reduce it to the quantity of ghrita.
- Filter the obtained ghrita in a vessel.
- Store the ghrita in an airtight glass container and keep away from direct sunlight.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in cases of known allergy to any of the ingredients. Use cautiously in individuals with weak digestive fire (Agni).
