Preparation steps
- Collect the ingredients: Shunthi (dried ginger) and Dhanyaka (coriander seeds).
- Grind the ingredients separately into a fine powder.
- Mix the powders in equal proportions.
- Boil the mixture in water (ratio 1:14) and reduce to 1/4.
- Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
- The resulting liquid is Peyadi.

- Not recommended for individuals with severe dehydration or electrolyte imbalance.
