Preparation steps
- Collect leaves of Eranda, Mushkaka, Karanja, Vasa, Araghwada, and Chitraka.
- Sprinkle Saindhava Lavana on the leaves.
- Close the leaves in a Sharava Samputa (earthen vessel).
- Subject the vessel to heat by placing it in a pit filled with cow dung cakes.
- Allow it to cool naturally.
- Remove the material and powder it.
- Preserve in airtight containers.
Safety contraindications
- May be contraindicated in individuals with severe kidney disorders, edema, and hypertension. Use with caution in Pitta dominant individuals
