Adult dose
15-30 ml twice daily
Pediatric dose
5-10 ml twice daily, adjusted for age and weight
Preparation steps
- Collect the specified herbs.
- Clean and dry the herbs properly.
- Coarsely powder each herb separately.
- Mix all the powdered herbs in the specified ratio.
- Boil the mixture in water until reduced to one-fourth of the original volume.
- Filter the decoction through a clean cloth.
- Allow the decoction to cool down.
- Store in a clean, airtight container.
