Adult dose
3-6 grams per day for Churna; 50-100ml for Kwatha

Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary herbs.
- Dry and powder the herbs separately.
- Mix the powdered herbs in equal proportions.
- If preparing kashayam, boil the mixture in water until it reduces to a concentrated form.
- If preparing ghrita, simmer the herbs in ghee.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Use under strict medical supervision in children and lactating mothers.
