- Skin diseases (especially those due to Pitta), boils, blisters, itching, burning sensation, liver disorders, jaundice, blood disorders, anemia, loss of appetite.

Adult dose
5-10 grams (approximately 1-2 teaspoons)
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml
Preparation steps
- Collect the necessary herbs: Patola, Nimba, Katuki, Daru haldi, Ushira, Haritaki, Baheda, Vasa, Dhanvayasa, Trayanthi, Parpataka, Musta, Bhui nimba, Mulheti, Kutaja, Udichya, Chandana, Pippali, Amla.
- Prepare a decoction using the specified herbs.
- Prepare a paste (kalka) of specified herbs.
- Simmer the ghee with the herbal decoction and paste until all the water has evaporated.
