- Parushaka fruit pulp
Adult dose
5-10 ml, once or twice daily

Preparation steps
- Collect Parushaka fruits.
- Extract juice from Parushaka fruits.
- Mix Parushaka juice with ghee.
- Heat the mixture over a gentle flame until all the moisture evaporates.
- Filter the ghee and store it in a clean container.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for individuals with Kapha disorders or Ama.
