Key ingredients
- Parushaka fruit pulp

Adult dose
12-24 grams (1-2 tablespoons) once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml twice daily.
Preparation steps
- Collection of ingredients.
- Preparation of Kalka (paste) of prescribed herbs.
- Mixing Kalka with ghee and water.
- Heating the mixture until all the water evaporates and only ghee remains.
- Filtering the ghee to remove any solid particles.
- Cooling and storing the ghee in an airtight container.
Safety contraindications
- Not recommended for individuals with indigestion or Ama.
