Key ingredients
- Bilva root
- Agnimantha root
- Shyonaka root
- Patala root
- Gambhari root
Adult dose
48-60 ml (approximately 1/4 cup) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
25-50 ml
Preparation steps
- Collect the five roots (Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Gambhari, and Patala).
- Wash and clean the roots thoroughly.
- Cut the roots into small pieces.
- Boil the roots in water until the water reduces to one-fourth of the original quantity.
- Filter the decoction to remove any solid particles.
- Allow the decoction to cool slightly before consumption.
