Panchamulas Ghee is used to improve voice, alleviate headaches and pain, and reduce cough. It helps in balancing Vata and Kapha doshas.

Key ingredients
- Bilva root
- Agnimantha root
- Shyonaka root

Adult dose
5-10 ml, once or twice a day.
Pediatric dose
2.5-5 ml
Preparation steps
- Collect the roots of the Panchamulas (Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, and Gambhari).
- Prepare a decoction by boiling the roots in water until reduced to a quarter of the original volume.
- Strain the decoction and mix with ghee.
- Cook the mixture over low heat until all the water evaporates and only the ghee remains, infused with the properties of the herbs.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in conditions such as acute fever, diarrhea, or ama (undigested toxins).
