Adult dose
5-10 ml (1-2 teaspoons) once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
2-5 ml (adjusted as per age and weight)
Preparation steps
- Collect fresh cow dung, cow urine, cow milk, cow curd, and cow ghee.
- Mix all the ingredients in the prescribed proportion as per classical texts.
- Perform a slow heating process (Murchana) to remove moisture and enhance the medicinal properties.
- Filter the processed mixture to obtain pure Panchagavya Ghrita.
- Store in a clean, airtight container away from sunlight
