Preparation steps
- Gather equal parts of each ingredient (Pippali, Pippali root, Chavya, Chitraka, and Ginger).
- Dry each ingredient separately.
- Grind each ingredient into a fine powder.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients thoroughly in a clean container.
- Store the mixture in an airtight container away from moisture and direct sunlight.
