Key ingredients
- Padmaka 1 part
- Madhuka 1 part
- Rakta Chandana 1 part
- Kamala 1 part
- All ingredients should be of equal quantity.
- Ushira 1 part
Adult dose
24-48 ml (approximately 1.6 - 3.2 tablespoons), or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Pediatric dose
10-30 ml
Preparation steps
- Clean and coarsely powder the ingredients.
- Soak the powdered herbs in 6 parts of cold water overnight.
- In the morning, filter the infusion through a clean cloth.
- Consume the fresh infusion.
Safety contraindications
- Avoid in individuals with severe cold, cough, or completely vitiated Kapha.
