Niruhakhya Enema (Niruhakhya Basti)

Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Take prescribed herbs for the decoction.
- Boil the herbs in water until reduced to a quarter.
- Filter the decoction.
- Add honey, rock salt, and medicated oil to the decoction.
- Mix thoroughly until a homogenous mixture is formed.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in cases of severe rectal bleeding, intestinal perforation, or acute inflammatory conditions of the colon.
