Adult dose

Preparation steps
- Select appropriate Ayurvedic oil (e.g., sesame, coconut, or medicated oils).
- Warm the oil to a comfortable temperature.
- Seat the patient comfortably and apply the oil to the head, ensuring it is contained within a leather or rubber cap (Murdhabasti cap).
- Maintain the oil level and temperature for the prescribed duration.
- Gently massage the head after removing the oil.
- Allow the patient to rest.
