Key ingredients

- Chandana heartwood powder (1 part)
- Amalaki fruit powder (1 part)
- Brahmi whole plant powder (1 part)
- and Praval Pishti (0.5 part). Quantities are relative and can be adjusted based on specific needs and formulation variations.
Adult dose
1-3 grams once or twice daily.
Pediatric dose
1 candy as needed, for children above 5 years.
Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients.
- Clean and dry the herbs properly.
- Powder each ingredient separately.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients in the specified ratio.
- Prepare a syrup base with sugar or jaggery.
- Incorporate the herbal mixture into the syrup base.
- Cook the mixture to the desired consistency for candy making.
- Pour the mixture into molds to form candies.
- Allow the candies to cool and solidify.
- Wrap or package the candies properly for storage.
