Preparation steps
- Take about 48 g of each ingredient: Pippali, Amla, Draksha, Shyama, Danti, Dravanti, Kramuka, Kutarana, Shankhinib, Saptala, Svarnakshiri, Gavakshi, Shikhari, Rajanaka, Chinnaruha, Karanja, Bastantri, Vyadhighata, Bahala, Bahurasa, Tikshnavruksha.
- Take Eranda taila (768 ml), Cow Ghee (768 ml), and Cow Milk (9.216 liters).
- Heat all the above combination till herbal ghee is obtained.
Safety contraindications
- High dose might lead to diarrhea and indigestion
