Preparation steps
- Boil herbal decoctions (e.g., Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Bala) in water and reduce to half.
- Add pure, organic milk to the herbal decoction.
- Boil the mixture until the quantity is reduced to the original amount of milk.
- Mix Saindhava lavana, Madhu, Ghrita and Kalka.
