Preparation steps
- Collect all the ingredients as per the formulation.
- Clean, dry, and pulverize each ingredient separately.
- Sieve each ingredient through a fine mesh to ensure uniformity.
- Mix all the powdered ingredients thoroughly in a large, clean mixing vessel.
- Prepare a syrup using sugar or jaggery as per the classical reference.
- Incorporate the powdered ingredients into the syrup while stirring continuously to form a homogenous mixture.
- Shape the mixture into small, round Pupalika (confections).
- Allow the Pupalika to dry in a clean, well-ventilated area.
- Store the finished product in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
