Adult dose
5 - 10 grams once or twice a day before food, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.

Preparation steps
- Clean, dry, and boil the herbs in water to extract their essence.
- Filter the decoction and set it aside.
- Melt high-quality cow's ghee over low heat and gradually add the herbal decoction and milk to it.
- As the mixture simmers, stir it constantly to ensure the herbs infuse evenly into the ghee.
- Finally, filter the product through a fine cloth to remove any residual herbal particles.
- Store the resulting ghee in airtight containers for future use.
Safety contraindications
- High doses are contraindicated during pregnancy; small supervised doses may be allowed only under expert care.
