- Skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis, urticaria), boils, abscesses, chronic non-healing ulcers, fistulas, gout, inflammation, blood disorders, psychiatric conditions (seizures, psychosis, schizophrenia, depression). Also used in children with recurrent infections and skin problems.

Preparation steps
- Clean, dry, and boil the specified herbs in water to extract their essence.
- Filter the decoction and set it aside.
- Melt high-quality cow's ghee over low heat and gradually add the herbal decoction and milk to it.
- As the mixture simmers, stir it constantly to ensure the herbs infuse evenly into the ghee.
- Finally, filter the product through a fine cloth to remove any residual herbal particles.
- Store the resulting ghee in airtight containers for future use.
Safety contraindications
- Contraindicated in severe anorexia or when Agni is very weak. High doses are contraindicated during pregnancy. Active peptic ulcer disease in aggravated Pitta types may worsen due to Ushna Virya.
